Mom's Apple Salad
 
Ingredients
  • 3 Red Delicious apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ cup to 1 cup raisins, depending on your tastes
  • Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
  1. Peel, core and chop your apples. Place them in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add your mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Add the raisins and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Chill for at least an hour and then serve.
