Healthy Vanilla Milkshake

I shared this milkshake on my friends blog, Happy Food Healthy Life, but in case you missed it. I will share it with you here.

I really hate to call it a recipe because it’s so simple, but it’s tasty and super good.

It’s finally that time of year where we get to break out the ice cream or frozen yogurt if you’re going for something healthier.

I have a Mr. who absolutely loves milkshakes. Since he needs to watch how much fat he has in his diet, we came up with this delicious non-fat milkshake. I have to admit that it tastes just as good as the full-fat versions, but without all the guilt and calories.

The vanilla syrup in this shake can be substituted with any of the choices of syrups on the market. Great creative and have a yummy milkshake without all the guilt.

Healthy Vanilla Milkshake

Serving size 1 milkshake

4 scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt

3/4 cup skim milk

2 tbsp vanilla flavoring syrup

Blend to the thickness you like.

Super easy and super delicious.

Enjoy!

~J
