Mexican food is my favorite style of food. I could eat it everyday of the week, and what’s good mexican without guacamole?
This recipe comes from a friend of mine and everytime she makes it, I gobble it down. So yummy and easy to make.
1 to 2 cloves of garlic
salt and lime juice, to taste
Cut open and remove avocados from it’s skin and put into a bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork.
Finely mince 1/4 of an onion, add to avocado
Chop up the tomato, add to bowl
Mince up some garlic (1 to 2 cloves), add to bowl
Add salt and some lime juice. Taste with a chip and adjust as necessary.
This is the perfect dish for Cinco de Mayo or any time you just have a craving for guacamole.
