• 4 large tomatoes, diced
  • 6 sprigs of fresh basil, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ⅛ cup olive oil
  • 1 to ½ tsp garlic, minced
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • baguette, crostini or any other type of hard bread
  • butter to cook the bread in (optional)
  1. Chop your tomatoes and basil and add to a bowl.
  2. Add the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. Top on top of the bread of your choice.
