Super Bowl is just around the corner and what’s better than a delicious dip to feast on while watching the game?! For me, Super Bowl is all about the food and the entertainment.

This Baked Cheesy Sausage Beer Dip is spicy, cheesy and everyone will love it!

How to Make

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8×8 casserole pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl or a stand mixer add the sausage, cheese, beer, cream cheese and garlic powder, mix well.
  • Pour into the casserole pan and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with the green onions and serve with your favorite chips.

Adapting This Recipe

  • Change the type of cheese used. Gruyere, pepper jack, etc.
  • If you don’t want the spice then use mild breakfast sausage.
  • Add diced green chiles.
  • Add jalapenos for a big kick.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. (16 oz) hot breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup light beer
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • diced green onions, chips
