There is a steakhouse in Utah (not sure how many states this chain is in) that serves the best cinnamon honey butter with it’s rolls. It’s so addicting that you practically gorge yourself on rolls before dinner even arrives.
This butter recipe is almost an exact replica of that butter. I am not a butter fan, but this makes me want to do a face plant into the bowl. I love it that much. I could put it on everything and be a very happy girl.
This is super easy to make and you probably have all the ingredients in your pantry. You will need butter, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. When getting ready to make this be sure your butter is softened. A stick of butter usually takes about an hour on the counter to soften. I’m impatient and never plan ahead so I throw my butter in a microwaveable dish and heat it up for 10-15 seconds. Don’t let it melt. You just want it soft enough that you can mix it.
To make the cinnamon honey butter you will want to add your butter, honey and vanilla to a medium-sized bowl. With an electric mixer beat the ingredients until light and fluffy. I mixed for about 5 minutes. Next add your cinnamon and mix for another 5 minutes. That’s it. Takes under 10 minutes to mix together.
