This Crockpot Beef Stew is one of the first dishes I learned to make when I moved away from home. My mom made this dish while I was growing up and I loved it and still love it to this day.
It’s a great dish for those winter months because it’s so hearty and full of flavor. You only need 5 ingredients plus the noodles and you are set for dinner.
I love Crockpot dishes, but I don’t use it very often. Do you like to use the Crockpot? Do you have a favorite dish? My goal in the new year is to come up with more dishes for my Crockpot.
Enjoy!

This sounds like something Forrest would love! Sounds simple, too.
This looks great! I’m pinning and making–I LOVE the crockpot, other than having to clean it! (But I guess that’s the case with every dish, pot and pan!) My husband will love this.

This looks good! I really need to make more things in my crock pot!
I always need another slow cooker meal for my collection. Thanks!
Oh boy, this reminds me of Sunday dinners at my parents’ house. Such great memories. I haven’t had something like this in a long time, I think it’s time to fire up the crockpot! Thanks for the recipe.
